HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

  • We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale”) for a full refund within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Items with wear & tear will be rejected and returned to sender.

  • All items marked "50% Off” or more on our website are considered final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit regardless of size.

  • We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label. Please print a label from us so that we are able to track your package, making your return faster and smoother.

NEED TO RETURN?

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unworn with all Maison Paws garment tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
To return an item, please email hello@maisonpaws.com with your order number and reason for return. *Please note that buyer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns. Exchanges are free of charge within the USA.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

NEED TO EXCHANGE?

  • We gladly offer exchanges for the same color/value within 14 days of receiving your original order. To request an exchange, please email hello@maisonpaws.com with the size you require.
  • Kindly note, returns for exchange must be returned within 48 hours of exchange authorization to guarantee your new item will be processed and shipped by our warehouse.
  • Once we have received your order and approved the return we will dispatch your new order.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Product(s) must include the original tags and dust bag in their original condition.
  • Returning damaged products or without the original tags cannot be accepted and will be sent back.
  • All returned products must be securely placed within their original dust bag and include all tags. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment.
  • Please note returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • We kindly ask that you allow 3 - 5 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
  • Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or gift card, as applicable.
